1. Required conduct
Use the Platform honestly, lawfully and respectfully. Provide accurate information, protect credentials, respect confidentiality and comply with applicable professional and regulatory duties.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not submit false or duplicate enquiries, impersonate others, upload unlawful or malicious material, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, scrape or harvest data, bypass security, manipulate reviews, misuse confidential information, send spam or use the Platform to facilitate fraud.
3. Content standards
Content must be relevant, accurate, non-defamatory, non-infringing and free from threats, hate, exploitation or unlawful personal information.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict functions, investigate, preserve evidence or suspend accounts proportionately. Urgent action may be taken where safety, fraud, security or legal compliance requires it.
