01

1. Commitment

We aim to handle complaints fairly, promptly, respectfully and without retaliation.

02

2. How to complain

Email info@visas.com.au with your name, account email, relevant enquiry or transaction, what occurred and the outcome sought. Do not email unnecessary passport or sensitive documents unless requested securely.

03

3. Our process

We will acknowledge the complaint within a reasonable period, assess urgency and conflicts, gather relevant information, provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate, and communicate an outcome and reasons.

04

4. Professional complaints

Where a complaint concerns independent professional services, we may refer it to the professional and may take Platform action. We do not replace the jurisdiction of OMARA, legal profession regulators, consumer agencies or courts.

05

5. Privacy and records

Complaint information is restricted to persons who need it for resolution, safety, compliance or legal purposes. We keep proportionate records to identify recurring issues.

06

6. Escalation

Depending on the issue, external avenues may include Fair Trading, the ACCC, OAIC, OMARA, a State or Territory legal services regulator, Stripe or a court or tribunal.
