01

1. Agreement and contracting party

visas.com.au is operated by BLCL Pty Ltd (ABN 36 648 729 408) of 42 Bonds Street, Peakhurst NSW 2210, Australia. References to visas.com.au, the Platform, we, us or our are references to BLCL Pty Ltd unless the context requires otherwise.

These Client Terms apply when you create a client account, post or update an enquiry, upload documents, receive proposals or use client features. You must accept these Terms immediately before submitting an enquiry.

02

2. Marketplace role

The Platform introduces clients to independent professionals. BLCL Pty Ltd does not itself provide immigration assistance or legal advice and is not a party to any later retainer or costs agreement between you and a professional.

03

3. Your enquiry and warranties

You warrant that information and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, not misleading, and supplied with authority. If information concerns another person, you warrant that you are authorised to provide it and to seek assistance on that person's behalf.

You must promptly correct material errors. A professional may rely on your information when deciding whether to respond or quote.

04

4. Authority to share with professionals

By submitting an enquiry, you authorise visas.com.au to disclose the enquiry and reasonably necessary supporting information to one or more professionals approved on the Platform, being registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners holding a current practising certificate, so they can assess the matter, decide whether to respond and prepare a proposal.

We may initially limit or redact identifying details until a professional is selected or until further disclosure is reasonably required.

06

6. Proposals and selection

We do not guarantee that any professional will respond, that a proposal will be suitable, or that the lowest-priced proposal is best. You are responsible for reviewing scope, fees, experience, conflicts and any retainer documents before engaging a professional.

07

7. Engagement with a professional

Any professional engagement is directly between you and the selected professional. Their retainer, disclosure obligations, costs agreement and professional duties apply. Payments to a professional are not payments to visas.com.au unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

08

8. Client conduct

You must communicate respectfully, keep account credentials secure, avoid duplicate or false enquiries, and not use information obtained through the Platform for unlawful solicitation, harassment or fraud.

09

9. Fees and Platform services

Posting a standard enquiry may be free unless a fee is clearly disclosed before submission. Optional Platform services may attract fees. All fees are shown before purchase and are subject to the Payment and Refund Policy.

10

10. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat enquiry information as confidential and restrict access to authorised persons and intended recipients. Professionals are independently subject to professional confidentiality duties. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

11

11. No outcome guarantee

Visa and migration outcomes depend on law, policy, evidence and government decision-making. Neither visas.com.au nor any listing, matching result or proposal guarantees approval, timing or outcome.

12

12. Suspension and removal

We may suspend an account or remove an enquiry where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful use, abuse, material breach or protection of users. Where practicable, we will give reasons and an opportunity to respond.

13

13. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, visas.com.au is not responsible for independent professional advice, omissions, deadlines, migration outcomes or insurer decisions.

You remain responsible for urgent deadlines and should not assume that posting an enquiry means a professional has accepted responsibility.

14

14. Complaints and disputes

Platform complaints may be sent to info@visas.com.au under the Complaints Handling Policy. Complaints about a professional may also be made to the professional and, where appropriate, the relevant regulator.

15

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New South Wales law. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
