1. Plans and prices

visas.com.au is operated by BLCL Pty Ltd (ABN 36 648 729 408) of 42 Bonds Street, Peakhurst NSW 2210, Australia. References to visas.com.au, the Platform, we, us or our are references to BLCL Pty Ltd unless the context requires otherwise.

Premium Professional Membership is offered at AUD $35 per month or AUD $330 per year. Prices are GST-inclusive where stated at checkout and may change for future billing periods on reasonable advance notice.

2. Premium features

Premium features may include a Featured Professional badge, enhanced profile presentation, priority or boosted placement, analytics, and the ability to display verified years of experience. Features may evolve, but we will not materially reduce a prepaid fixed-term plan without a reasonable substitute or remedy.

3. Checkout and payment

A clear payment link must take the professional to Stripe checkout. The professional must accept these Terms and the Payment and Refund Policy before payment. Stripe stores and processes payment details under its terms.

4. Automatic renewal

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Checkout and account settings must clearly display renewal timing and provide an accessible cancellation method.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium features ordinarily remain available until the end of the paid billing period. Account deletion does not necessarily cancel a Stripe subscription, so users must use the subscription management function or contact support.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Payment and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind refunds are not automatic after a billing period has commenced, but we may provide a discretionary refund where fair and reasonable.

7. Search placement

Premium status may improve visibility but does not guarantee enquiries, ranking position, revenue or engagement. Search may also consider relevance, client filters, availability, quality signals and platform integrity.

8. Suspension

Premium features may be suspended if professional verification lapses, payment fails, the account is suspended or serious breach occurs. We will not charge for renewal after effective cancellation.
